I am originally from Toronto, Ontario and a mother of two grown boys. My boys moved to Vancouver and I followed right behind them.

I have been selling residential real estate on Vancouver Island and the Mainland now for more than 23 years. I had a successful team on the island, was the Sales Manager for a growing team in Vancouver and now own the Van City Home Team with EXP Realty.

While most of my years was in residential I am also experienced with Land Assembly and Strata Windups. I have a real passion for working with New Buyers to get in to the market and Seasoned Sellers to downsize to their next phase of life.

I take my clients needs very seriously while making the experience as stress free as possible but still making you most money on your sale or getting you the best price on your purchase. My negotiation skills are by far the most out of the box and proactive and I have a soft enough disposition to make sure not to ruffle any feathers.

Aman Nijjer, born and raised in Vancouver understands the challenges of Real Estate in the Lower Mainland extremely well. Being a second-generation Realtor and Home Builder has many advantages. Aman’s fondest memories are with his Father, going to visit construction sites for houses he was building; from playing in the dirt while a house gets framed to going to showings and driving clients around closing deals. Aman saw the drive, love and passion his Father has for everything Real Estate and knew it was the right path for himself. When he was old enough to swing a hammer Aman was there helping trades and learning the ins and outs involved with building a high quality custom home that will last for generations. Aman became the Site Supervisor for many of his Fathers developments from single family homes to a 72 unit townhouse project in Surrey. While working hands-on in construction Aman attended BCIT and acquired his Senior Marketing Diploma and then proceeded to get fully licensed as a Realtor in 2014 and joined Sutton Group West Coast Realty. The rest is history as they say, Aman has helped hundreds of families buy, sell and build homes all over the Lower Mainland and continues to provide exceptional customer service by going the extra mile.
